Kings of Leon had to postpone their Sarasota Springs tour date in New York.
It seems the Kings of Leon tour bus was involved in a traffic accident after their show in Boston when an unnamed pedestrian stepped in front of the bus.
The driver was then forced to slam on the breaks sending Nathan Followill flying. The drummer was hospitalized briefly after suffering a few broken ribs.
Followill in good spirits:
Saw a tweet that said I had died. Not quite, but it feels close. Who knew that you use your ribs for EVERYTHING. pic.twitter.com/qVXwzySqNb

The band seems to still be performing tomorrow at Jones Beach Theatre in Wantagh, New York, although it is unclear whether Followill will be manning his station behind the drums or a fill in will be used.
